We bring together carefully selected products from European manufacturers, so you can find quality for children and mums in one place. When you order, your item is sent directly from the manufacturer that holds it in stock in the EU.
This creates a straightforward route from the manufacturer to you and allows us to offer a broad, inspiring range.
What can you expect?
- Prompt processing: Most orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and dispatched the next business day.
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days within Denmark and the EU from a European warehouse.
- Delivery close to you: Depending on the product and address, your parcel is delivered to your door or a nearby collection point.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, manufacturer, destination and carrier. If a product has a longer processing time, this is stated on the product or brand page.
Delivery charges and options
You will see the current delivery charge and available delivery options at checkout. Large items are delivered to your door. If there is no collection point within approximately 5 km, the parcel is delivered to your door.
Several products in one order
If you order products from several manufacturers, they may be sent in separate parcels. This means parcels may arrive at different times and delivery may be charged per manufacturer. You receive tracking details for each parcel once they have been created.
Track your order
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking details are added to your order and normally also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Use the tracking link to follow the parcel with the carrier, or track your order here.

Where is my order dispatched from?
Products are dispatched directly from the relevant manufacturer's warehouse in the EU. This helps ensure that the item is sent from the location where it is available.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery within Denmark and the EU is 3–8 business days from a European warehouse. Most orders are processed and dispatched the next business day if placed before 23:59 (GMT+2).
Can products in the same order arrive separately?
Yes. Products from different manufacturers may be sent in separate parcels, each with its own tracking and delivery time.
Can I choose a parcel shop?
This depends on the product, destination and options shown at checkout. If no collection point is available nearby, the parcel is delivered to your door.
