If you would like to return an item, we will help you get started. Write to us with your order number and tell us which items you would like to return and why.
You generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will then send you the next steps for your return.
The item must be sent back securely and in the same condition as received. Please use the original packaging if you have it. Wait until you receive our return instructions before sending the item, so we can register your return correctly.
Once we have received and checked the item, we process the refund according to the terms on our Returns & refunds.
